I'm not sure if this has been resolved now, but I wouldn't be  
surprised if this was missed from Arno's pull request. I think he was  
mainly testing by making a change to a document and then re- 
downloading it as a PDF.

Obviously, additional work will be necessary for this before we can  
start using it.

That seems like a better approach, although we should probably provide  
a clear WARN or INFO message when wkhtmltopdf cannot be found.

I haven't tried yet, but this sounds like a problem. What are you  
seeing for other versions?

I'm not sure, but I remember seeing a demo from Arno where Sakai Doc  
thumbnails were showing.

Arno's pull request was trying to do more than that, in that it allows  
a PDF download of Sakai Docs as well.
