Status:
- CND is now read using JCR commons parser; name mapping currently does not
happen
- the registry is read-only
- checker methods aren't implemented yet.
Next step:
- split implementation classes into session-aware variants and delegates
- implement checker methods (code can probably be adopted from existing
jackrabbit code)
Future steps:
- persist node type information in content (at that point we will use CND just
for import/export)
- move low level classes to a location where they can be used from oak-core for
validation
