looks like buildbot ran into the same occasional observation failure
reported earlier by Angela...
the buildbot failure was for MicroKernelImpl (note the "[0]"), whereas
the failure reported by Angela was for MongoMK ("[1]"). It looks like this
isn't specific to a single implementation.
