Hi, I have a patch ready to enable support for Jackrabbit 2.x DataStores and support for Amazon S3, tracked by jira issues OAK-1157 & OAK-805.
The patch has already been uploaded to issue OAK-1157. It depends on a corresponding change to jackrabbit to extract out DataStore related code to a new jackrabbit-data component, which is tracked by jira JCR-3705. Patch for this has also been attached to the jira. Please do review the code and let me know your feedback.
