In such cases I'd recommend deploying the jar to a local repository, or building it directly from sources as a part of the integration build. Alternatively, see https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JCR-2476 for a related discussion where a similar need came up before and was resolved without actually needing the runnable jar.
