most authorizable queries are still failing. this subtask is a reminder for
that particular topic within the user-mgt implementation.
- test if query code is correct and produces equivalent queries as in
jackrabbit 2.x
- test if query itself works in a backwards compatible manner.
- finally excluded user-query tests should be removed from the known issues
list.
