bq.What if the feed contains entries from last month and last year - that's an
area the journal very likely won't cover any more.
This won't be the case here. An incremental feed would likely go back a few
days (a week, tops).
bq. A query is one solution but you might also design the content structure so
that it is easy to generate the feed via traversal.
This is not up to me, unfortunately
I will give queries a try. Up till now I used mostly JR2 and that's why I
didn't consider them very much.
