At http://svn.apache.org/r1541626 I committed the simplified implementation for
{{NodeBuilder.isNew}}. This reduces the number of test failures in {{RootTest}}
(with Angela's patch, that is) to {{moveRemoveAdd}} and {{moveExistingParent}}.
