Summary: oak nodetypes should have capital names

convention is to start all nodetypes with an uppercase letter (like class and
interface names):
change the following:
* oak:Unstructured
* oak:NodeType
* oak:NamedPropertyDefinitions
* oak:PropertyDefinitions
* oak:PropertyDefinition
* oak:NamedChildNodeDefinitions
* oak:ChildNodeDefinitions
* oak:ChildNodeDefinition
* oak:QueryIndexDefinition
