I tested the patch and the reason the _testRemoveVersion_ test fails is that
there is a reference to that version node coming from the
_testroot/node1/node1/jcr:predecessors_ node, so tryting to rm it fails. I'm
not sure who should change that ref, maybe the VersionManager should change the
pointers?
