bq. Lucene doesn't follow OSGi-style semantic versioning, so using naively
OSGified bundles will cause backwards-compatibility trouble as soon as Lucene
5.0 comes along.
then we not-so-naively build the bundles. the effort of creating and
maintaining the fragment bundle is probably similar to creating and maintaining
the osgi wrapper. the latest has the advantage of producing leaner oak bundles
and better modularization.
