Will McGauley commented on OAK-1661:
------------------------------------

Adding node type information to events would be beneficial in many
circumstances, not just for deleted events.

I would propose that node type information should not be a special addition to
node deleted events, but should be available on all events. Property events
would report the node type of their parent.

This should also not be OAK specific.

WDYT?

> JCR Event Info should contain NodeType for Events Type Node-Deleted

> Code developped for Jackrabbit's Observation often struggle with processing
> events for deleted Nodes.
> Processing like for aggregation may depend on the type of the deleted Node.
> The solution to take a Nodetype filter could be prevented or some reasons.
> Adding the node-type to the Event's Info object would help in this cases.
