I'd prefer to separate this (and similar) kind of test into a dedicated
scalability or longevity test suite, which would be specially tailored for
running such tests.
The benchmark suite we have was designed for micro benchmarking individual
repository operations and comparing these across different repositories/setups.
Tests as the one you propose have different requirements and a different
purpose and do not seem to fit well into the current framework.
