Ack, this is probably the best option. However, let's improve the Javadoc on
the {{Clusterable}} interface once the patch is applied: currently it refers to
a "persistence implementation", which is confusing as in other places it is
stated that the {{Clusterable}} is normally associated with {{NodeStore}}
implementation but that this needn't be. Maybe it should better state that the
{{Clusterable}} interface bears cluster node specific information.
