[~chetanm] Pointed out that Blob#getContentIdentity can already be used and is
implemented by both the implementations.
A little problem is that SegmentBlob returns the internal record id when the
blob is inlined in the segment store and which is not a valid blobId meaning
the S3DataStore will return false as not synced.
