Re. adding usage information to the cache sizes and the memory map mode: I
prefer to only describe *what* these properties are instead of *how* to use
them. The latter is far too complicated to attempt to squeeze it in here and
should be addressed via documentation.
bq. Is it BlobStore or DataStore
In *Oak* it is {{BlobStore}}. The options to use a Jackrabbit data store should
be clarified in the documentation. Also how to configure them.
bq. Does this accept relative paths? If yes, relative to what?

clarify this one? Also I see {{Configuration.getBaseDirectory()}} refering to
{{"tarmk"}}. Is this correct? {{Configuration.getRootDirectory()}} refers to
{{"repository"}}.
