In r1800291 I replaced {{ReferenceCollector}} with {{Consumer}} in
{{TarReader}}. This avoids a dependency from
{{org.apache.jackrabbit.oak.segment.file.tar}} to
{{org.apache.jackrabbit.oak.plugins.blob}}.
