fixed the workspace initializers (included in last commit on my WIP branch) and
so far it looks ok.
thinking about it, the patch is pretty big, I could break away at least 2
things in separate issues:
* InitialContent INITIAL_CONTENT static variable refactoring to a dedicated
test class
* namespace stuff: add 'oak' to defaults and open the 'xml' one
