I agree with your proposal Thomas.
The differences between oak-search and oak-lucene versions of
IndexDefinitionBuilder were intentional because not everything in Lucene makes
sense in an "abstract" definition.
So I'd be + 1 for encapsulating IDB within a LuceneIDB.
