I don't have a concrete test idea right now unfortunately.
I do agree, intuitively it seems like that fromRev line is not needed indeed.
fromRev should already represent the full revision vector of the ... from
revision - and calculating the minimum timestamp of what should be considered
by the documentstore query should be trivial : the minimum timestamp of that
fromRev vector. Hence no further changes needed.
I guess I'm trying to reconstruct the thinking of why a pmax was originally
used there - and thought perhaps more testing helps.
But some point we could also switch to removing that fromRev line, probably.
