Thanks for the update. I have one suggestion regarding the new -03 version. Since several ongoing individual drafts in OAuth are exploring mechanisms related to the use cases and gaps identified in this document, would it be useful to reference some of them in the corresponding sections? I think this could help readers connect the use cases and problem statements in this draft with related ongoing work.
