I guess the grass often looks greener on the other side. I am
currently residing in Maryland for a 6 month work stint.
I may be the only person in the whole state who uses a
bicycle as more than a toy! There are many good country roads here-
but it is very difficult to find decent, safe, efficient commuting routes.
I live only 1-2 km from work - but only a fool would take that road
route on a bike - And it seems that only a non-motorist such as myself
would bike the nice 9 km route rather than jump in a car...
