I do not believe the tone of the rhetoric is appropriate.

Brett may be able to take this, but a relatively new
member might think that this sort of treatment is common
place at the OBC.

If you want to keep your new members, and some of your
old ones, I would expect members to treat others with
respect and decorum.

Even if the news group may not be the place to discuss
or resolve individual phone calls that is not what Brett
was doing. Brett maybe should have just directed the caller
to the club office or executive member and left it at that.
However, Brett has every right to ask the question of who
to direct the concerns to. In my mind that is what he did.
