My foot is nominally a 'D', still narrower than your requirement, but
I have found the Shimano shoes to be too narrow in respect to a few 
other brands within the same size.
Two of the best fits for my foot have been Time and Carnac shoes, but 
I think you just have to keep trying different brands untill you find
a wide version which fits your foot.  I don't know of any cycle shoes
which come in specific width choices - just the usual metric general 
size.
