You are now set to cycle in > the winter down to about -30 to -40 degrees celcius. It's important to keep those fingers & toes warm. Ski gloves or mitts help. I use MEC polartec mitts with a nylon/leather cover. Thick wool socks work well. The feet & legs tend to get sloppy from road spray. MEC has big gaiters from toe nearly to knee, with reflective tape, and easy to put on with the velcro. Adds warmth, too. Good to 30 below, anyway. Maybe with a good winter, I could test it at 50 below?
