I have been asked to help find a friend a good used road bike. The rider is 6'3" tall and is linebacker material @250lbs. He is looking to return to the roads and would be thrill to find a good frame with decent equipment. No need for anything fancy just solid reliable and strong. Anything hanging in a basement that no longer gets used because of not having STI shifters? I am also looking for a good intermediate road bike for a woman 5'6". Same criteria as other bike.
