The easiest way to get there is from downtown Hull,
go west on Tache blvd
Turn right (north) on St. Joseph (at the Hull Armoury)
turn left following the signs to Promenade du Lac Des Fees
Follow Lac des Fees north, when this road crosses St. Raymond, it changes names to become Blvd Cite des Jeunes
Asticou Centre will be on the left (west) side of the road, just north of St. Raymond.
It is a complex of Federal Government buildings with a ring road around all of the buildings
