Celia's ideas I think are well founded. As I see this as basic mathematics, some research of handicapping times I think is quite reasonable, and especially to be presented as improved handicap allowances for OBC review. Shifts up & down the list shouldn't worry anyone, but a researched and suggested improvement would merely offer a sound justification for the handicap calculations in use. My read is that Celia is willing to take on that task, and the follow-on programming. Even with one integrated list as Celia has suggested, still does not exclude presenting a top male and top female handicap awards as desired by OBC members. Just IMHO.
