The first sentence quoted above confirms that. The last sentence may be interpreted as "careful what you wish for", and may mean that you have taken a side already based on your distaste of Kevin's written contribution. It is a pessimistic interpretation on my part. So be it, it doesn't matter. If Kevin's letter was enough to raise your concern in any way, please, by all means, attend the AGM. Listen and watch, and contribute, as members are entitled to do. I sincerely hope that whatever vote you cast, on whatever issue may arise, you will stay true to your statement in the first sentence, quoted above. If everyone does, the future health of the club as one of people who love riding bicycles, not forwarding political agendas, will be assured.
