After reading comments on observations of persons in summer attire at this time of the year, I may have spotted the prize winner this morning.
At 08:30 this morning I spotted a rider on a mountain bike heading West on Albert Street near Lebreton Flats - bare headed, bare hands, short sleeve white cotton T-shirt, cotton shorts, wool socks and hiking boots. Checked the thermometer when I arrived home a few minutes latter and it was reading -14� C. Can anyone beat that?
