I've cycled around there once so I can say only a little about it. The
terrain is nice and hilly. There is a road that goes most of the way
around the mountain that is a nice challenging ride. Unfortunately it
doesn't go all the way around so you'll have to turn back. Many of the
roads in the area that go up the hills to the various private
homes/chalets are steep but are also just dead ends after a km or two.
The major roads toward Montreal and Montebello are heavily travelled and
are fairly narrow, so not the greatest for cycling. The road to/from
Montebello is very pretty though. Probably still not too much traffic
in May (I was there in April) so that'll help.
