Greg, the problem with a sto-kid adaptor is that
the reach to the bars can be a concern, and that the child is too high off the
bike. Kids get scared of this. Once they are old enough to reach comfortably
they are usually old enough to accept the height factor.
FWIW Mike Plummer has built trail-a-bikes with a
form factor that accepts a Burley. Problem is that you get too much camber
and the train starts reticulating, especially at speed.
