Garmin's eTrax series does. There is an internal (non-user serviceable)
lithium battery which provides battery backup for the RAM. It will keep
the memory warm powered for a few days. Replacement of the battery is a
factory service so keep a set of battery in them when not in use.

Brian @ MEC knows quite a bit about these things if anyone is looking
for a GPS.

Good prices on GPS can also be had from Le Baron (or at least a couple
of years ago :-)
