To all those who actually read their RLCT confirmation letter and
called the Office to inquire about the bit of nonsense regarding the red
ribbon to go on their baggage.
A little gremlin was let loose (by me) during the production of
the first 550 letters which resulted in the Casual route instructions
being overwritten to all other routes letters. So, Challenge, Classic and
Cruise riders: please ignore any mention of red ribbons on your baggage
and I hope you're not too disappointed...
