If an event carries an OCA or FQSC sanction, is it implicit that it is also a CCA sanction?
The question arises due to enforcement of UCI/(CCA-adopted) wheel regulations for mass start events. In an OCA event, or FQSC (examples are Preston street and OBC GP, respectively), will the wheel regulations be observed? Or does the "CCA adoption" mean only the national events, such as championships, Abitibi, Beauce, GP feminiin and all that.
