Yes, i had read that article. While it is a one-sided description, I think
it is entirely believable.

I wondered to myself that someday, someone will claim that two wheeled
cycles are unsafe since they can topple over, and we'll have to buy tri or
quad-cycles.

I think the UCI has opened a can of worms..not that there is anything wrong
with being safe, I just think the decisions on defining "safe" are a bit
backwards....at least, that's the impression left by the editorial.

Thanks to Bob for making clear the case for OBC GP.
