Hi Phil,

May I suggest that  the following items become part of your cycling
wardrobe.
They're a must in mine.

A light windproof vest with a mesh back.
Removable arm warmers and leg warmers.
A thin longsleeved Lifa undershirt.

All these items can be removed as the day warms up.  Easy to tuck into your
jersey pockets, or wrap around your handlebars.

p.s.  No cotton socks, buy breathable polypro cycling socks.
