I want to resurrect one of my old road bikes. A Lajeune with early Campy Record components (a magnificent steed that I allowed to stay in pasture too long).
Can I swap the Campy freewheel with a Shimano freewheel (is the threading compatible)? Can I use a Sachs or other make of chain with the Campy front chain rings?
