Yes - almost all freewheels use a standard threading - you're looking at
a 6 or 7 speed freewheel? Look at MEC - they had some a good prices...

Yes - PC1 or PC10 (better choice) will do the job for 5, 6 or 7 speed.
These chains are now distributed by SRAM.
