Furthermore, Bankfield Road is a "Regional" Road - the City Bylaw
(former RMOC bylaw) specifically allows two abreast riding. (Can you
confirm this Avery or others?) So was the group being passed by another
vehicle at the time the infraction was alleged to have happened?
