FYI. Response from the NCC is below. Note to Avery: I was only CC-ing the OBC list because of the recently avid interest in Champlain Bridge crossings. Perhaps the interest will die down when the time comes to cross the snow-covered bridge. The bike lane looks like a likely snowbank location.
