Hello all:

This may be somewhat of a touchy subject but one worth bringing up
nevertheless.
Cycling shorts don't last forever and the fabric does start wearing
away/breaking apart over time, especially at the back, probably from pulling
them up and down.
Once this happens, the back view can be quite revealing to riders behind.
Revealing, in some instances, can be good, but in the case of worn out
shorts, I find it quite revolting.
I'm sure the owners of the worn shorts are quite oblivious to this. The
only way one can check for worn-ness is to inspect the shorts periodically
before putting them on. Holding them up to the light and comparing the back
with the front is a good indicator.
Now, I know you're all wondering if I'm referring to you! Probably not, but
I do urge you to check your shorts periodically and replace them if
necessary.
And how can one tactfully tell a fellow cyclist that he/she has a nice butt!
