Many thanks to all of you who participated in the Women's Invitational Time
Trial last Tuesday -- riders, volunteers, guests.
It was a most successful event with 50 riders (single, teams & tandems),
cycling the 15 km course and close to 50 people attending the awards banquet
at Grace O'Malleys Irish Pub on Ogilvie Road. Several time trial
participants solicited stores and individuals for prizes which ranged from
restaurant gift certificates, a food gift basket, a gift certificate from a
consignment store, a haircut, a sightseeing flight, bike tune-up, Lance's
book as well as many cycling articles (foldable tires, water bottles,
jerseys, vests, saddle, computer, caps) Good work, girls (and a few boys)
