15 Cyclist rode a 44.8 Km loop down the Airport Driveway. Bowesville, East on Rideau Rd., North on Ramsayville Rd. to Walkley Rd. Ext. and Kilborn back to Billings Bridge.
We left just past 6 PM and arrived back in daylight by 8 PM. We had all three tour leaders Scott, Pat and James. but no slow riders. Scott and James waited for a late rider who had to return home for cycling shoes. We caught the group before Walkley on the Airport Parkway and rode as one group. This changed at Highway 31 and Rideau Rd. as some stopped for a drink or the washroom at the Service Station. Pat led the group that did not stop and Scott lead the group that took a break. James enjoyed the ride with no tour leader duties. However from habit it was hard for him not to yell out instructions.
