I've seen a few references to people having a GPS on their bike and I
was wondering what their thoughts were on the usefulness of such a
device. Is it a useful device or just a nifty gadget/distraction?

I noticed "John" from the OBC has his picture up at
http://www.gpscentral.ca/photos.htm and I've seen reference to a GPS on
Andrew's site:

Anyone else use one? If so, which model do you have, and what software
do you use to drive it.
