Cette dernière se déroulera sur une période de trois mois, dans les espaces dateliers du centre. MISE EN SITUATION: Cette résidence sadresse aux artistes qui auraient besoin dutiliser nos ateliers de bois et/ou de métal pendant toute cette durée, que ce soit dans le cadre dune pratique installative, sculpturale, multidisciplinaire ou qui tient compte des données matérielles et techniques quimpose lutilisation de ces ateliers. Sera donc offert à lartiste sélectionné, lhébergement avec per diem du 26 octobre 2009 au 18 janvier 2010. Lexposition résultant des trois mois datelier fera partie de la saison de programmation de lil de Poisson dans sa grande galerie et se déroulera du 16 janvier au 15 février 2010. Le vernissage aura lieu le 16 janvier 2010. Pendant lélaboration de son projet, lartiste pourra bénéficier déquipements complets en bois et en métal, dans un grand espace collectif où viennent travailler plusieurs artistes de la région de Québec sous lil vigilant et lexpertise de techniciens professionnels. La mezzanine de latelier sera mise à disposition de lartiste comme espace de travail personnel. The residency will take place over a three-months period in the centres workshops. CONTEXT : The residency is designed for artists who require the use of our wood and/or metal shops for the entire three-months period in order to realize an installation or sculptural or multidisciplinary work that incorporates materials and techniques that can only be handled in the shops. The artist chosen for the residency will be provided with accommodations and a per diem for the entire period : from October 26th 2009 to January 18th, 2010. The exhibition that follows the three-months residency will be part of lil de Poissons programming for its main gallery. The exhibition will take place from January 16th to February 15th, 2010. While developing the project, the artist will have access to all the equipment contained in the wood and metal shops : a vast common space where many artists from the Québec City region work under the guidance of professional technicians. Please limit the number of projects presented to a maximum of 15 images, numbered from 01 to 015, and ensure that the images appear from the outset.
