"Get Real!" zine is a publication about housing, real estate and changing
concept of living spaces that was created collectively by the participants of
the "School if New Forms of Coexistence" and the exhibition "Get Real!" (Luda
Gallery, St Petersburg, June - August 2021) that were both curated by TOK a
part of "Critical Mass. Season 5". The zine continues the ideas developed
during the school and the exhibition and reflects upon the questions of
financialization of real estate, fragility of architecture and human body, new
formats of co-living, future of industrial construction and use of new building
materials, surveillance and control of public spaces and the reflection of the
financial shift in housing policy, construction industries and interior design
strategies.
