1) f crescente <==> x > y ==> f(x) >= f(y)
 f estritamente crescente <==> x > y ==> f(x) > f(y)

2) f monótona <==> (f crescente) ou (f decrescente)

3) sejam g(x) = (f(x) + f(-x))/2 e h(x) = (f(x) - f(-x))/2
Veja que f(x) = g(x) + h(x)
Verifique que g é par e h é impar.
