Yes, absolutely. Obviously, the issue isn't that Obs itself causes
the problem; it's how it's used. If you're running Obs in your own
home with music you own the rights to, there is no issue. Similarly,
if YOU (the owner of the service) are the only one who can program
(and you get, in the US, the required ASCAP/BMI licenses, 'natch), I
believe you're OK. Again, I'm not a lawyer, though. And it hardly
matters, anyhow, since you're not in the US. :)
However, I thought you were requesting an Obs you could "play with;"
if we set something like that up for general access, it would be an
interactive service, and we'd have to pay for it.
