I'm trying to figure out the best way to offer different bitrate streams
from obs.
Is it best to use icecast, set up obs to send a stream to the server, and
then set up "clients" to connect to the icecase server, re-encode the
stream, and put it in a different place on the server?
Or is there a better way of doing this?
